Executive Session:  Per Chapter 30A, Section 21 MGL:  Continue negotiations with NBSU Superintendent Franzoni in regard to a new contract.  His current agreement expires on June 30, 2021.  Also, discussion in regard to the question about allowing the carryover of sick day benefits for the Director of Pupil Services, Stephanie Pare.
