1. Call to order:
2. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting.
3. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated September 5, 2024.
4. Select Board Update: Select Board Chairperson Bob Norcross will provide the school committee with an update from the town regarding recent meetings and discussions.
5. School Building: Updated information regarding price quotes for the replacement of flooring in two early childhood classrooms, as well as discussion about potential building safety upgrades in the shared space area with the Clarksburg Public Library.
6. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY25.
7. Business Administrator’s Report:
8. Principal’s Report: Principal Cote will provide an update on school related events/activities, student learning, and staffing.

    1. New Business:
       1. NBSU Joint Committee Meeting: Review potential dates for the annual fall meeting of the North Berkshire School Union Joint Committee
    2. Continuing Business:
       1. Prekindergarten Programs: Discuss tuition, policies, and updated enrollments for 2024-2025.
       2. Residency Policy: Continue the discussion about the current residency policy for enrollment at the school and the ongoing challenges caused by the high demand with many families seeking to enroll their children at Clarksburg School (with questions surrounding their town of residence, and the school’s ability to verify).
