    Per the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Regulations, 940 CMR 29, BRPC informs all attendees of meetings that the meetings are electronically recorded. Others may record the meeting after informing the Chair presiding over the meeting they are doing so. The Chair must receive a copy of any materials distributed at the meeting for recordkeeping, per 940 CMR 29.
