ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION WARRANT

COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS

To the Constable of the Town of Clarksburg in the County of Berkshire:

Greetings:

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town qualified to vote in Elections to meet at the polling place in said Town, namely at the Clarksburg Community Center at 712 West Cross Road, in said Town on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 12:00 NOON to 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

To choose by ballot for a period of THREE YEARS: 

Moderator (1 seat), Selectman (1 seat), School Committee (1 seat), Board of Health (1 seat), Library Trustee (1 seat), Planning Board (1 seat), Representative to McCann Vocational Technical School, Tree Warden (1 seat) and War Memorial (1 seat).

To choose by ballot for a period of FIVE YEARS:

Planning Board (1 seat).

To the Constable for the Town of Clarksburg, you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting two or more attested copies of the same, in the Town of Clarksburg at least SEVEN (7) days before the time of holding said meeting.

 Any registered voter in the Town of Clarksburg may use this form to request a mail-in ballot for any 2025 election.

The form MUST be complete to accept the request, be sure to sign the application.

Please either send or bring the application to the Town Clerk’s office, 111 River Road, Clarksburg, MA 01247.

Deadline application must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office by 12:00pm on the 5^th business day before the election.
