Press Release: Census Data Mailer 2025

The annual census/street listing has been mailed to the residents of the town of Clarksburg. Please take a moment to review the information on the form and update the information provided by adding, deleting, or making changes. If you have moved, please indicate that on the form. The form should include anyone living in the household; children, college students, military or a family member that is in a nursing home. If a member of your household has deceased and is still listed on the form, please note that. If there are no changes, sign and return the form to the Town Clerk’s office.

Failure to respond to the annual town census could result in removal from the active voting list and may result in removing you from the voter registration rolls.

The annual Town census is important to the town when applying for grants, many grants rely on our population.

If you need assistance with this process or you did not receive a form, please call the Town Clerk at 413 663-8255, Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Dog Licenses are also available in the Town Clerk’s office. The licensing period is from January 1st through December 31st.
