Nomination Papers are Available at Town Hall

Nomination papers for elected offices in the Town of Clarksburg are now available in the Town Clerk’s Office. Candidates seeking to run for office should contact the Town Clerk’s Office to pick up nomination papers. All signatures must be ink signatures, no electronic signatures are allowed. Completed nomination papers must be returned to the Clerk’s Office for certification no later than March 27, 2024. If any questions regarding running for a town office, call the Town Clerk’s office at 413 663-8255.

Offices that will be on the Town Election, May 14, 2024 ballot:

1 year term

• Moderator
• Tree Warden
  (1 seat each)

3 years term

• Selectman
• School Board
• Board of Health
• Library Trustee
• War Memorial
  (1 seat each)

5 year term

• Planning Board (1 seat)
