Do you ever wonder if you have wet land or a wetland in your yard? What's the buzz about wetlands and why they are so important? This session will answer these questions and more. Join us as we explore how wetlands serve as natural buffers against flooding, improve water quality, and support diverse ecosystems. Attendees will gain insights into the importance of wetlands in adapting to climate change, as well as an overview of the Wetlands Protection Act and how to use it to safeguard their properties from flooding. Presented by Nicaela Haig of Mass Audubon Society
