The Conservation Commission of the town of Clarksburg will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on Thursday July 10th, 2025, at 6:00 pm, at Town Hall, 111 River Road. The Commission will Act on a Notice of Intent from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation for an Ecological Restoration Limited Pond Management Project at Mauserts Pond at 1199 Middle Road, Clarksburg Massachusetts.
