3. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated December 18, 2025.
4. School Building Update: Review ongoing repairs and needs for the school building.
5. Clarksburg Select Board Proposal: Select Board Chair Dan Haskins will share his proposal for an adjustment in the shared expenses percentage being paid by each of the five towns for a discussion between the School Committee and Select Board
6. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY26.

    1. North Berkshire Regionalization Study update: Updated information will be shared regarding the posting of the RFP to hire an independent consultant to lead the regional sustainability study process for the nine North Berkshire communities and school districts at the secondary level

       1. Joint Committee Meetings: The next meeting of the Joint Committee will be on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6 p.m. at Clarksburg School (following the regular monthly meeting of the Clarksburg School Committee).
