1. Call to order the monthly meeting:
2. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting
3. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated November 6, 2025.
4. School Building Update: Review ongoing repairs and needs for the school building.
5. Residency Policy: Discuss and review the updates in policy language developed during the November School Committee meeting for final approval.
   1. Parent Request: Consideration by the School Committee of a parent request to allow their child to complete the remainder of the school year as a non-resident, school choice student after moving out away from Clarksburg recently.
6. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY26.
7. Financial Report: Updates on the progress to work collaboratively with the town financial officials to reconcile all accounts, including the submitted FY25 end of the year report.

    1. North Berkshire Regionalization Study update: Updated information will be shared with the school committee regarding recent meetings of this group to move forward with an RFP to hire an independent consultant to lead the regional sustainability study process for the nine North Berkshire communities and school districts at the secondary level

       1. Joint Committee Meetings: Discuss recent challenges in scheduling meeting dates due to the lack of a quorum, along with possible dates for the next meeting.
