7. Roll call vote to move election day from May 12^th, 2026 to May 19^th, 2026.
8. Set a date for a public hearing regarding the Department of Conservation and Recreation land acquisition.
9. Berkshire Public Health Alliance to discuss the Select Board acting as Board of Health.
10. Brett Roberts from Berkshire Regional Planning Commission to discuss FY 26 Community Development Block Grant program to help low/moderate income homes with homeowner repairs.
11. Americans with Disabilities Act grant for Clarksburg Elementary School.
12. Approval of meeting minutes from November 3^rd, November 17^th and December 1^st, as well as executive minutes from June 16^th.
13. Renewal for a Used Car Dealer’s License submitted by Tom Rotolo of 685 Walker Street.
14. Approval of closure of Town Hall on December 24^th and December 31^st.
