During open comments by Delegates and Alternates at a previous Executive Committee, Mary McGurn brought to the attention of Executive Committee members the availability of Parcenomics.com, developed by Patrick White, described as primarily a municipal fiscal analysis tool that uses a town's parcel and municipal data to examine assessment fairness, tax compliance, available local option revenues, demographic patterns, and new growth.
