  1. Call to order the monthly meeting:
  2. Public Comment/Open Meeting Rules: Clarification of the official legal rules of participation in an open meeting
  3. Announcements: North Berkshire School Union Joint Committee meeting will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Florida at Abbott Memorial School.
  4. Approval of Minutes: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the minutes from the Clarksburg School Committee Meeting dated January 8, 2026.
  5. School Building Update: Review ongoing repairs and needs for the school building.
  6. Financial Statement: Suggested Motion: Move to approve the current financial statement for FY26.
  7. Financial Report: Begin the process to review and discuss the rough draft of the FY27 budget to prepare for any necessary adjustments.  Discuss the upcoming joint committee meeting and the work by the subcommittee to review the shared expense percentages in advance of that meeting with the full committee.

    1. Continuing Business:
      1. North Berkshire Regionalization Study: The superintendent will provide updates from the first meeting of Steering Committee on February 4, 2026, including progress on hiring a consultant to lead the regional study for nine towns in North Berkshire County.
      2. School Calendar 2026-2027: Begin to review key factors in developing the final calendar for the new school year.
