Phase 2 Vaccinations

Phase 2 vaccinations for 75 years of age or older are available starting February 2, 2021 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish Center located at 70 Marshall St in North Adams.

Tuesday,  February 2, 2021    12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Thursday, February 4, 2021    12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Saturday, February 6, 2021    8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

(Additional scheduled days and times may be scheduled as needed and will appear on registration page when scheduling.)

The vaccine is Pfizer and requires two doses, the second dose (approximately 21 days from first dose) appointment will be scheduled at the time of the first dose.

Proof of age will be required at time of vaccination.
