      1. Prekindergarten Schedule: Principal Rougeau will review the details of the plan to adjust the Prekindergarten schedule in order to reduce the time in the program daily and dismiss the students at 2:20 p.m.  The committee will discuss, ask relevant questions, and vote on the proposed changes for 2026-27.
      2. End of the School Year Business: The committee will discuss any other school business brought forward at this time before their next meeting on August 6, 2026
4. Executive Session- Per Chapter 30A, Section 21 MGL: None
5. Next Clarksburg School Committee Meeting: Thursday, August 6, 2026, 5 p.m.
