The owners or occupants of the following described parcels of land situated in the Town of Clarksburg in the County of Berkshire and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the public are hereby notified that the taxes thereon assessed for the year(s) hereinafter specified, according to the list committed to me as Collector of Taxes for the Town of Clarksburg, by the Board of Assessors of said Clarksburg, remain unpaid, and that said parcels of land will be taken for the said Town of Clarksburg on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. for the non-payment of said taxes and interest, if any, unless the same shall be previously discharged.
