In accordance with Mass General Law Chapter 40A Section 11, The Town of Clarksburg Zoning Board of Appeals will RECONVIEN a public hearing at the Clarksburg Senior Center, 712 West Cross Road, Clarksburg, MA 01247 on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. for the variance application of Mark Moulton, regarding a road frontage variance for construction of a house in relation to Zoning Bylaw 310-5.7.

The property in question is located on Horrigan Road, Map #206 Lot 73.0.
